Terms of Service
Scope and contract
These terms are intended for individually agreed software, website and Discord-bot services. Scope, price, delivery and support are determined by the applicable offer or order confirmation.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide required information and access lawfully, protect credentials and avoid unlawful or abusive use of Carelto services.
Usage rights, availability and liability
Product-specific usage rights, service commitments, warranty, liability and termination rules must be finalized for the chosen business and product model before publication.
Privacy Policy
Data and purposes
Carelto processes account names, email addresses, password hashes, verification and session data, assigned products, team messages and security rate-limit information. This supports authentication, platform security, customer-product management and support.
Service providers and retention
Resend delivers verification and recovery emails. Text submitted to the Carelto assistant may be processed by Ollama's cloud service to generate a response. The production hosting provider, transfer details and retention periods must still be documented. Verification codes expire after ten minutes; other data is retained only while required for the service, security or legal obligations.
Your rights
